Gluten Enzymes is a targeted digestive enzyme formulation designed to assist in the breakdown of gluten and other complex dietary proteins. The formula contains four enzymes that aid in the breakdown of gluten along with supportive herbs to soothe the intestinal tract and also features carbohydrases and lipases to support digestion of mixed meals, with DPP IV (dipeptidyl peptidase IV) and additional proteolytic enzymes helping to hydrolyze proline-rich peptides commonly found in gluten-containing foods, which work synergistically to support complete digestion. This formula also includes AstraZyme® Protein, Carbo, and Lipid along with supportive and soothing herbs, which provide additional support through proven enzyme blends and cofactors. By supporting efficient breakdown of gluten-based nutrients, this formula is designed to support higher energy levels and help with occasional gas, bloating, and indigestion.
